Pteridaceae is the largest ferns and fern allies family in Indonesia. The family is divided into three parts as follow:

 

Pteridaceae I: Acrostichum to Doryopteris

Pteridaceae II: Haplopteris to Pteris

Pteridaceae III: Rheopteris to Vittaria
